Through guided meditations, breathing exercises, read aloud and mindful activities they will learn tools for today and into their future.
Then with Natalie, we will explore the basics of herbalism and an introduction to plants that nourish us and keep us vital. We will not only learn about how much the plants love us and support us, but also we will make crafts and herbal remedies to take home.
